What is your hourly labor rate?

Our hourly labor rate is $145.00. All repairs are charged at standard repair times (SRT) as determined by industry standards and 50% of your repair estimate will be due prior to the start of service.

Do you charge call out fees?

Yes, we charge a fuel surcharge. All labor charges are based on SRT rates.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, check, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

Do you charge credit card processing fees?

Yes, for all repairs over $1,000 we charge a 3.5% convenience fee.
